Running - new beginnings!

Coming back to my blog after a long time. I feel silly when looking at the posts that I had written 10 years ago.

Health is wealth!

Started to walk/run recently. At the moment cannot run for longer than 30 seconds. But by combining with a rest walk, I can walk/run for about 30 minutes. The portion of running has improved significantly in the last 2 weeks.

Below is my progress over the last couple of weeks.
