Here comes a robot companion for the army. And in the article you will find the mention of "Sanjiv Singh"(seems to be Indian). It seems I'm too much bothered about Indian scientists not working for their own country. Some(or say most) of us feel that unless and until we are doing good for the world it doesn't matter whom we are working with(for).
Well in that case it also shouldn't matter whether India is a developed or developing(rich or poor) country. Because Indians all over the world are contributing no less than others. And most of the bright engineers go towards the greener pastures. How can then India be your dream country.
I have nothing against anyone who wishes to work in some other country(for some other country). But then who are we to say that India is not developing fast... because we are not putting any effort in this direction.
Getting back to the post. Cheers to the scientists who came up with the "BigDog". Its something any engineer would love to see(rather would love to build).
